Fantastic location and delicious food! Always a treat to have Boxcar Betty's sandwiches when in town! I actually prefer this location over the main location due to parking, but they are both top notch! The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is good, but next time I would add pimento cheese in it. The sandwich chicken size has gotten smaller, which in today's world is expected. If you are hungry, grab two. The fried pickles - very good but almost fried food overload. Put some on your sandwich for extra crunch and flavor!

Not from the area but was in town for a sports tournament. Found Boxcar Betty's and decided to give it a try due to proximity to the hotel and the menu. I must say, I was very impressed, especially for a quick service Five Guys type place! The service from the start was EXCELLENT! The dining area and bathrooms were spotless and the food came out quick! On my first visit, I got both a smash burger and chicken nuggets... DELICIOUS!! The honey mustard is some of the best I've had, highly recommend. We ended up going back two more times during our Thursday - Sunday stay, but brought many of the other families we traveled with. I hope to enjoy Boxcar Betty's again someday...maybe you will make it to Maryland?!?!

We regularly take our staff here for work lunches, and it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the friendly staff greets you like you're part of the family. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure your meal is exactly what you want. The food is absolutely fantastic. The chicken is always tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Whether you're into crispy fried chicken, smoky grilled options, they've got it all. The sides are equally impressive—freshly made every time! Great fried pickles and their sauces always hit the spot as well! We love coming here with our team for lunch; it's the perfect spot to unwind, bond, and enjoy great food. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in the mood for some seriously good chicken and great burgers, a friendly face, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay just a little longer.

The chicken is surprisingly good. It tastes homemade and fresh. I love the fries. They were the perfect thickness and seasoned well. Perfect for a Sunday. Service was so fast. We had a pleasant experience. I can’t wait to go back

Delicious! One of my favorite chicken sandwiches. Costs more than Chick-fil-A but is worth it for the fresh, juicy, perfectly fried chicken. Fries are pretty good too if you are a fan of their style. Sweet potato fries weren't amazing but worth it. Mine may have sat for a bit before being served. Chicken sandwich is comparable to Bahama Breeze's across the road or PDQ's. Will definitely come again.

This place is very good!! This is my 2nd time here and the food was exactly the same way when I came 6 months ago! I've ate their smash burger and their chicken sandwiches, but today we had the "Not so waffle" chicken sandwich with fries! They hand cut their fries which are amazing! It's a little pricey but it's definitely worth it cause of the quality of their food!!

Their.m chicken sandwiches are some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely better than another chicken sandwich place! You can customize it to however you want and there’s tons of options. The service is also great! Highly recommend, but it is a little higher in price if you’re willing to spend some money.
